Very strange emergency bag…what about tourniquet, chest seal and israely bandages ? All those fluids, the vet has those you don’t need them, you need life saving things to get your dog to the vet without him dying !

Thank you for all your amazing tips it will help me become a better owner to my future darling. I’M GETTING A RABBIT. IM ON CLOUD 9! 🎉
Also, for all those who already have one, I’d love to hear any tips that will help me.
    Just thought I’d share this!

I’m a type 1 diabetic, and trust me, the police department won’t ask any questions and won’t care either way when you’re bringing in syringes. They just want them off the street. I remember when I was first diagnosed, decades ago, my family and I were told to just collect them in a coffee can, or something similar, tape up the lid when full, write “sharps” on the outside, and dispose of in our regular trash. Again though, that was many many years ago, and every single town and state is different. When my dog became a diabetic, the Vet told me I could bring in his used syringes and they would probably dispose of them for us. ♥️ Awesome video..I’m researching everything rabbit related before I rescue my first 🥰 already have a shopping cart started on your site too..most of which my guinea piglets would enjoy as well, so that’s perfect!! 😁

My vet also told me you can use Bag Balm for sore hocks

  21. @GeeklingNo1 on October 26, 2024 at 3:57 pm

You don’t need a baby scale if you can carry the animal. I weigh myself on a normal scale and then weigh myself while holding my cat and then the difference is the weight of the cat

  22. @firefightingdrumstick on October 26, 2024 at 3:58 pm

When my 9year old lion head had a severe case of sorehocks I had to use bandage, it is recommend having them on hand even if they sit for a long time unused it was so stressful to have to go get them knowing he was sitting at home in discomfort

  23. @rueroxanne972 on October 26, 2024 at 3:58 pm

I always really enjoy it when you include other pets outside of rabbit 🙂

  24. @leilazee on October 26, 2024 at 3:58 pm

Hi Haily! Recently my Rex rabbit got sore hawks. Idk what to do! Plz help 💕

  25. @biancaking982 on October 26, 2024 at 3:59 pm

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but my bunny tends to get his pee on the wall idk why sometimes he’ll kick his feet out after he is done using the bathroom in his litter box , he isn’t fixed yet I am planning on doing that soon and also he has bit me for the first time 3 days ago and I’m confused he’s always been so nice and never has done that but he’s recently started to sometimes growl or grunt at me if he sees me trying to take carpet out his mouth . * he tends to pull my carpet out in my room * 😭😭or he’ll use his 2 hands to kind of box me ? 😭is this bc he isn’t fixed ? Or , if anyone has any ideas pls let me know😭😭😭😭😭

  27. @chloemisakiwisan7265 on October 26, 2024 at 4:04 pm

better to be safe the sorry

  28. @Msxallisonwonderland on October 26, 2024 at 4:05 pm

Bag Balm is SO good for animals when they are always on their feet. So for dogs, you’d put it on their foot pads or nose to prevent cracking or dry skin. It is used for rabbits too on their sore hocks. I used to use it for my rabbit when he had mild sore hocks and it was really good for him. I love your little kitchen clinic idea though. I currently have a bin that I store all of my medicines and other health things for my bunny that I lug out everyday to do medicine stuff. It’s not as organized as I wish it to be…

  36. @jessicavanzuydam6458 on October 26, 2024 at 4:16 pm

Sharps boxes must be given to Hospitals. Hospitals dispose of Sharps boxes on a daily basis. Take it to the Hospital.

I really might get a rabbit and I’ve been watching your videos for tips and they have been SO SO SO HELPFUL! They help me so much because I need the information to write down for if I actually get one. I really admire your videos and how you can fit so much info into 1 video for all of us to write down. THANK YOU!!!

  42. @maddiemcgoldrick8804 on October 26, 2024 at 4:27 pm

Tech over here! Love your videos! The pink needles are bigger so it’ll allow for more sub q fluids to flow through therefore letting you do it faster. Its easier to push on the plunger as well. The smaller ones r for injections probably because the bigger needles just aren’t necessary for that specifically. Smaller needles r typically used for rabbits for their thin skin and babies

  43. @louiscarrillo3584 on October 26, 2024 at 4:27 pm

Very good job caring your pets Hailey. Although i think u should have a emergency kit of ur emergengy kit, just imagine an earthquake could destroy ur supplies. So be prepared for all situations.

I use a deodorizing spray in my car for my service dog. Sometimes between baths we don’t smell amazing. I have a lab who gets dry skin in the winter so I try not to bathe him often

  46. @Rat-dk6xn on October 26, 2024 at 4:35 pm

Thank you but why do you need a service dog you don’t need to answer if you don’t want to 😊💛
