My girl complains like I’m killing her when i try to wash her dirty butt. I also need a hair dryer, i can’t get her dry really at all with towels.

Dandruff can come from walking dandruff. This video is awful. He should have mentioned cat mange. "Cheyletiellosis, also called walking dandruff, is a highly contagious skin disease of cats caused by Cheyletiella mites. These mites can also infect dogs and rabbits. These large mites cause excessive flaking of the skin, or dandruff, and their movement on the top layer of skin gives the disease its distinctive name."

Thanks for some answers, I have a big black cat who is super sweet but makes a mess with his fur and recently I became aware that he has dandruff. He will be very happy to not be so itchy and dry!

My cat has dry skin cause I notice when I brush her she has flacks of skin on her back. She has licked all the hair off her belly and the hair inside of both her back legs. She hate’s water so I can’t give her a bath so I’m wondering what I should do to clean her. I’ve seen spray shampoo for cats but how good are they ?

Is it true that if we brush a cat’s fur more than once a month, than they will shed more?
and if we don’t see a lot of fur come when we groom, than we should stop and wait longer until they’re ready?

I have been trying an oat water bath. So far so good. Just soak the oats in water for a few minutes or so and add a few drops of your favorite shampoo

Tried fish oil, did not eat it mixed in food. Tried to bathe my cat, bad idea. Tried putting grape seed oil on skin it helped for a few days but flakes are back.
