Not trying to be an ahole but stating "while" you were practicing is a pretty big red flag to kickoff a dog health advice video.

Thank you!! I do have two questions…
1)What can be used for a fever reducer in dogs?
    2) Do these OTC medicines also apply the same way for cats, given that they’re different animals?

My dog had a c-section on Friday. The vet game me some Melocam to give to her once daily for five days. Last night after I gave her the first dose, she termporarily developed a dramatic change in personality. This is a very mild mannered dog but she became almost violent after receiving the dose. Is this typical? Do I dare give her a second dose? She is normally six pounds

Another thing is amoxicillin, if your pet has an infection and you cannot get them to a vet depending on the type of infection there have been many times I have faked a tooth ache or earache at an urgent care to get the meds if you do this its extremely important to Google the dosage needed based on the weight of your dog in order to give them the correct amount. I have had to cut the pill in 3s to be sure I wasn’t giving them too much, now if you have a large dog over 90lbs than usually that will be the entire pill. Google is your best friend but always read more than one website when researching to find the best correct answer to your question. Stay away from any answers found on quora or any other social feeds as to everyone has their own opinion and often isn’t always the best solution. Please do your research before taking my advice. At the end of the day its about our pets and their health and safety

I have been taking my Border Collie to the vet every summer for a ear infection. They say it was caused by allergies. It seemed to happen after he had contact with water ( creeks, lakes etc. So I decided to keep him away from water for a summer season and he still got an infection. Each time I bring him in to vet, it is over a $400.00 bill. They give him a Cleaning, allergy injection, & allergy pills, & antibiotics. You are a Angel to me n my dog. It’s people like you that can help with the vet bill, n not making him a angry aggressive dog ( when he is the most loveable, gentle, friendly with people n all animals n a very very happy dog) but he knows why he is that vet office n does not like it at all. Poor baby. Thank you so very much for caring for or our pets without the ridiculous vet bill, n stress on my dog. We need more caring people like you. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Thanks for this meds info. My sister works for a vet and often shares what I can give my little Pom when a need arises. But the Pom is so small, itโ€™s hard to try to give her a tiny dose. Sheโ€™s not quite 9lbs.

Doc, my elder cat scraped the pad on his paw and keeps irritating it and causes it to bleed, what can I do/use?
I tried covering the paw but it isn’t helping the bleeding/irritation…
You truly are wonderful and have lovely bedside manner and calming voice!
    Thank you!

I’ve tried various coat supplements, but none have delivered results like Furr Coat Syrup. Its natural formula has worked wonders for my pet’s coat, making it healthier, shinier, and more resilient. Highly recommend!

  38. @valeriarivera950 on October 26, 2024 at 4:17 pm

Hello, I was wondering if human cranberry supplements were okay for dogs to take (if split into the right dosage). ???

I have a 2 year old dog and have been finding random wet spots around the house. The spots dont really smell like pee, but ik its my dog who is doing it. Thw vet told me it was just a training issue, but he is potty trained. When looking at the prices dog supplements cost 20$ while human ones cost 8$ were I live.

You missed dramamine. It’s an orchestra and while there is a dramamine specifically for dogs, otc dramamine is safe in a pinch and I recommend non drowsy

My dog,, Ranger has allergies and has had yeast infections, is the canesten or clotrimazole safe if he were to lick it?

  44. @israel.kotigaro1949 on October 26, 2024 at 4:22 pm

Why do you talk SO FAST???
Mmy dog has an infection, it’s 4th of July and my vet is closed for four days. I cant afford emergency dog care, and so I’m on YouTube trying to get some knowledge to help me heal my dog.
Your information is extremely valuable, but when you speak at 100 mph, its impossible to even follow you or writ down the information.
So I ask you, what the purpose of you doing videos??!
    Is this an ego thing?
Are making money from the videos?
Do you even realize that by going at such a fast speed, you are not helping dog owners in need of your information?
    SLOW DOWN!!!!

  45. @PatriciaRichmond-q2v on October 26, 2024 at 4:22 pm

Thank you so much . This really helps. There is no way for me to afford a vet and my poor dog has really been having ear problems.Thank you
