You should never feed kibble with your raw food. The body handles both in different digestive ways.

As much as I wish I had sent my dog to Brandon for training before bringing him home https://www.youtube.com/post/Ugkx1_veP7CApJK_GWy_TczaMciuG64PqJeU I am so grateful for this down-to-earth, practical guide. His training techniques and tips really work. Thank you as well for dedicating your life’s work to rescue dogs, and to rescuing those of us who want the very best for our 4-legged family members.

    You lost me at kibble

  12. @theoldfashioned_ on October 25, 2024 at 4:29 pm

never do kibble, there is no such a thing as high quality kibble. no matter how high quality it is, it’s a kibble. it’s the same when you talk about high quality fast food. the truth is, it’s all bad. frozen raw or dehydrated freezed dried, if it’s not an option for you, then you can cook for your dog. otherwise why bother owning a dog when you are not willing to do the best for their health (extra time to prepare raw or cook for your dog). save some money and you can buy fancy things for you or traveling rather than getting a dog just to fulfill your happiness because you want a pet but not considering about the dogs happiness and health.

GRAIN FREE THEY WERE LOST 10 yrs ago

  14. @AshleyMires on October 25, 2024 at 4:30 pm

PLEASE do not go for grain free foods unless you know your dog has an allergy. Not having the proper grains in your food can lead to a weak heart!!

  15. @antonialara8478 on October 25, 2024 at 4:30 pm

Is it cooked!? I need my dog to gain some weight and tried ground beef but it upset his stomach really bad

    3. The use of a high-quality, grain-free dog food as a base for the dog’s diet. This is the starting point for helping the dog gain weight. (Source: Tony Drugman)

    4. The addition of ground beef from a butcher to the dog’s diet. This is a source of protein and fat that can help the dog gain weight. The amount of ground beef added should be determined by how much weight the dog needs to gain and how quickly it needs to gain it. (Source: Tony Drugman)

  27. @JenniferGoodwin on October 25, 2024 at 4:48 pm

You can’t mix kibble and raw. It creates another bacteria. Which grain free "food" is this anyway? Dogs don’t hunt and make kibble in the oven. 🤦‍♀️

  28. @omarkhalil5460 on October 25, 2024 at 4:48 pm

Where do you go to get ground up meat and bones like that ?

  29. @notarivsanonymvs2561 on October 25, 2024 at 4:48 pm

Thanks!! My 10 month puppy was not putting on weight despite feeding him the amount the vet recommended. I added an extra cup and it didn’t make a difference as he did not eat it all. I followed this recipe and he gained 13 pounds in 5 weeks. He looks much better now with a fuller body and not skinny. Thanks!

?? Man.. i just take my dog to McDonalds and get something off the dollar menu

  32. @tinakoehl1307 on October 25, 2024 at 4:53 pm

My dog just became blind and she’s 14yrs. She sticks her nose up at her pedigree dog food mixed with can food and warm water.
I started boiling her rice mixed with chicken, and she eats it but won’t eat anything else. She loves hawiian sweet rolls, and constantly wants them.
I’m running out of ideas. I tried to give her rice with cheese and dog food at the bottom. She smells dog food and says NOPE.
I need some better ideas. I’m not giving her raw meat. She is healthy but very depressed for almost a month since becoming blind. I’ve been very sick, and my husband just had triple bypass, so we’re ordering groceries from Walmart. We live in the country, so Walmart is my only go-to.

  33. @SarahWReiss on October 25, 2024 at 4:54 pm

Is the ground beef raw or cooked?

  34. @MyBallzGotShocked on October 25, 2024 at 4:55 pm

Will this work on a full grown husky. I get it she wants to chase deer and squirrels whenever she sees them, but id prefer her to just bark or woof instead of tearing up anything near a window. Shes about 65lbs now and pure lean killing machine at 2 years old, could this possibly double her weight over the next year?

  35. @mkaiser9639 on October 25, 2024 at 4:56 pm

Sorry if it’s a stupid question do you give him raw hamburger?

  36. @stevenlaguna338 on October 25, 2024 at 4:56 pm

That’s disgusting. Raw meat has bacteria in it. There are better oils than straight olive- and the kibble. Are you nuts lady or what?

  37. @bhanuchandergorlapalli2294 on October 25, 2024 at 4:57 pm

    What is that mixed food

  38. @Xavier-ck5np on October 25, 2024 at 4:57 pm

How long does that ground beef last in the fridge ? I like to prepare my dogs food a week in adivce .. do to my schedule

  39. @Bunny..Fields on October 25, 2024 at 4:59 pm

Another way you can fatten up your dog quickly, is to give them your leftovers everyday until you see a difference, then stop. Make sure you don’t overdo it, or you’ll end up with a fat dog. Also do your research and make sure the foods are dog safe, most should be. if google says to not feed because that’s fattening, well that exactly what we want so just feed it anyway. Hope this helps!

  40. @carcucov on October 25, 2024 at 5:00 pm
